When I get anxious or overwhelmed, it’s really easy for panic, worry and stress to set in. It can sometimes feel like you’re drowning. It can be easy to want to just shut down, escape, withdraw. But sitting still, taking a deep breath and opening your mind to receive can make all the difference in the world. Be open. Be spacious. And be willing to receive. It allows you to feel okay and calm. It allows you to be in the moment, work through the feelings, and realize that you’ll keep moving forward and will get to the next step.
